[DECEMBER COH SNACKS]
December 12. Please sign up to bring a nut-free snack, paper products, and/or water to Tuesday’s quarterly Court of Honor in RUTH HALL.
[JANUARY ILST CHAPEL LOCK-IN]
January 12-13. This overnight lock-in is mandatory for all scouts holding a position of leadership for the upcoming term, but all are welcomed. The cost is $15. See SUG for details.
Sign-up & Payment Deadline is the November 28th Troop Meeting. This event takes place on President’s Day Weekend, February 17-18, 2018. However, payment in full is due to the Historic Foundation 2 months prior to the event. We must receive sign-up and payment by November 28th, the last regular troop meeting before our payment is due to the Historic Foundation. A 15 person minimum is required for this event. [ASM LEADS 2017-18]
ASMs, please sign-up to lead TWO (2) outings during the 2017-18 scouting year.
[PATROL BOX SUPPLIES]
We are in need of non-durable supplies to complete our 4 troop Patrol Boxes. Please consider signing up to bring one or two of these items (tin foil, dish soap, etc.) to the first meeting on September 6th.
